Deposits and Withdrawals
For deposits, payment methods may be limited based on your jurisdiction as defined by regulatory bodies. We will do our best to provide adequate explanations for any restrictions in place for the processing of payments made via any other deposit options - see information below under Deposit Restrictions.
In case you request a withdrawal with an existing account balance and it is subsequently discovered that there were gambling transactions related to bonuses/credits given from your player account, which weren't met by our house limits set above minimum bet requirements – these might need approval prior to cash-out processing by us or via our AML policies.
